Overview
The High Temperature Polyimide Masking Dots are designed for precision masking and protection in high-temperature processing applications such as PCB soldering, wave soldering, reflow protection, gold finger masking, powder coating, insulation and electronics assembly. Made from polyimide film with silicone adhesive, these masking dots offer excellent heat resistance, dimensional stability and clean removal performance. With a thickness of 0.08 mm and temperature resistance up to 280°C, they are ideal for protecting small circular areas during soldering, coating and thermal processing. Available in multiple diameters, including 4 mm, 6 mm, 9 mm, 12 mm, 20 mm and 30 mm, these polyimide masking dots are widely used in SMT production, PCB assembly, electronics repair and industrial masking applications.
