ESD Grid Tape

Overview

The ESD Grid Tape is designed for sealing, marking and packaging applications in ESD protected areas (EPA), electronics manufacturing, SMT production lines, cleanrooms and static-sensitive workstations. Made from OPP film with anti-static pressure-sensitive adhesive, this tape offers strong adhesion, reliable static protection and stable bonding performance without easy adhesive failure. Featuring a distinctive black or brown grid pattern, it provides clear visual identification for ESD-safe packaging and handling. With a standard 36 m roll length and multiple width options including 5 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 15 mm, 18 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 30 mm and 40 mm, this ESD grid tape is widely used for sealing ESD bags, carton packaging, static-sensitive storage and EPA material handling.
