Antistatic Multi-Layer Sticky Mats

Overview

The Cleanroom Multi-Layer Sticky Mat is designed to capture dust, dirt and debris from shoes and cart wheels before entering cleanrooms, ESD protected areas (EPA), electronics manufacturing workshops, SMT production lines, laboratories and controlled environments. Made from low-density polyethylene (LDPE) film with water-based acrylic adhesive, each mat features 30 peel-off adhesive layers for convenient replacement and long-lasting use. Available in 45 × 60 cm (18" × 24") and 60 × 90 cm (24" × 36") sizes, this sticky mat is offered in white, transparent, blue, black, orange, gray and green to suit different workplace preferences. With strong tack, stable adhesion and easy layer removal, it is ideal for maintaining cleaner entrances and reducing contamination in sensitive production areas.
