ESD Bench Mat – 2 Layer

Overview

The 2-Layer ESD Bench Mat is designed for use on workbenches and assembly tables in ESD protected areas (EPA), electronics manufacturing, SMT production lines, repair stations, laboratories and static-sensitive workspaces. This mat features a 2-layer construction with a static-dissipative top layer and a conductive bottom layer, providing effective electrostatic discharge protection and stable grounding performance. With a thickness of 2.0 mm (±0.2 mm), it offers durability, flexibility and comfortable working support for bench applications. The top layer is available in green, blue-black, gray and black, while the bottom layer is black. Designed for reliable ESD control, the mat provides a surface resistance of 10⁶–10⁹ Ω, bottom resistance of 10³–10⁵ Ω, static decay time under 0.5 seconds, and short-term heat resistance up to 330°C.
